PostHeaderIcon WEEK ONE: EASY QUICK CARDIO WORKOUT



One on one help to reshape your body at makingthebest.wordpress.com This is to be done 2-3 times with little rest if you can! Thanks Tanya! This workout SHOULD be done daily for the full week one. You will need to do two things FIRST!! 1. Find out your maximum heart rate zone and workout in it for 20 minutes the first week. Don’t know it? Go here: www.makingthebest.com 2. Once you finish your cardio WAIT ONE HOUR before eating. Only drink water during that hour. This is all based on science folks… it works everytime.     try some of the later weekly workouts. this is quite a basic one. from week 5 onwards they start to get tougher.

    Im feeling i dont get tierd of it :S, Am i doing anything right? Im trying to loose 10 pounds and i jogg 7 km every Tuesday, I dont see any kind of diffrence, Im trying to reach my goal as soon as possibole, Do you have any good Cardio workouts for me that takes alittle skill?

    Hi Ahmad, Just started on ur weekly workout 1 and did 3 reps of it. Read ur eating plan as well and let’s ee how it goes. I am 5’2″ and 112lbs. I am trying to get in shape for my wedding and have a belly that I ‘ve been battling for years :( . Let’s see how it goes. Anything specific advice to lose the belly?

    i have 2 10lbs and 1 20
    i have used em i wouldnt say enough cuz i am a little lazy lol
    at one point i had a 100lbs punching bad up and i tied a handle to the bottem
    i didnt like curls with it for like a month everyday
    and not really much results
    i will try what u suggest and i will let you know of my results
    for protien i just get my daily intake of redmeat
    what do u suggest for that?

    I would suggest you add me on facebook: “ahmad baari” then lets start copying some of my other successful friends on facebook…use their combinations of the clips…here is the formula…15 mins of resistance clips…then 45 mins of a mix of the cardio clips… watch the lesson 3 and lesson 4 clip…try to get the ebook…ok?ahmad

    I would suggest you get some dumbbells…5-10 lbs and start doing my day 1-30 workout clips…and increase your protein intake…ok?~ahmad

    OK, its time to me to change my body. I want to lose my fat and also build up arm,legs,chest muscle and abs. So. If I do this 4-5 times per day, which other workouts can I do? I mean for chest and other. I liked your Navy seals workout, I think im gonna do this. I really want to change and im looking forward. Thanks.

    its because once you burn all your avaliable glucose your body goes though a biochemical process which allows it to consume fat as energy.

    This is day 3 for me but Ive been doing wk 1 cardio twice a day b’cuz I feel like the workout is 2 short 2 get desired result …though i do the workout @ 2 seperate times, once n the morning n then n the evening. But on day 2 i combined them with other videos like the insane stretch , then wk 1, n i finish with the butt n thigh 2 method trick…I have also alter my eating habits n Im taking pics..I feel the burn but it’s only making me stronger and anxious to see the results of hard work.

    Congrats on making out of week 1!! You keep pushing ! What you will soon be able to do is mix up the clips as you advance throughout the weeks…watch that eating around your workouts…review the lesson 3 and lesson 4 clips!

    try and make it through all 12 weeks OR begin mixing up all of the week 1-12 cardio clips to fill 45-60 mins of cardio daily…if fat loss is your major goal.
